Villa Andri

Villa Andri is a 3 bedroom villa offering distant sea views and the mountains behind. Surrounded by open fields with lemon and orange groves and banana fields, the villa offers a peaceful location that is also just a stone’s throw from a selection of restaurants and shops.

Villa Andri interior:

Upon entering you will find yourself in the modern open plan living area. The lounge has a comfortable feel with feature open fire, TV with English channels and Wi-Fi. The dining area with table and 6 chairs is off to one side. The lounge and well-equipped kitchen are separated by a breakfast bar with stools. A set of sliding doors leads out onto the pool terrace.

The first of the three Villa Andri bedrooms is on the ground floor. This is a double with en-suite shower room and patio doors leading onto the pool terrace.

There are two large bedrooms on the upper floor, both twin rooms with full en-suite bathrooms and separate balconies. On the upper floor landing there is a kitchenette area, with kettle and fridge. A door leads onto a large balcony with a pergola offering shade. There is a table and chairs also for you to enjoy those amazing sunsets.

During winter 2018 the owner completely refurbished the entire property with brand new furniture, fixtures, and fittings throughout.

For larger families or groups wishing to stay close by, Villa Daniella is located next door. These 2 villas will accommodate 12 in total.

Villa Andri is located in Kissonerga, a lovely village that neighbours the bustling resort area of Coral Bay and is not far from the main town of Paphos. Kissonerga is a serene and peaceful village that boasts views of lush greenery and turquoise seas. The village has straight forward roads and easy transport links to the nearby towns, so you can relax at your peaceful villa but still enjoy all the excitement of the resort nearby.

Located approx. 5kms along the coast from Coral Bay.

Accessibility: Downstairs double bedroom and walk-in shower room.

Will this villa take an extra bed? Yes – an extra bed can be placed in one of the upstairs bedrooms at an additional charge of £100 per week (including linen)
