Each villa boasts uninterrupted, panoramic views that stretch from the iconic Kato Paphos Lighthouse to the golden shores of Coral Bay and beyond.

Bedrooms

Each villa offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms, all designed and furnished to an exceptional standard. Every bedroom features built-in wardrobes and private en-suite facilities, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

Two of the bedrooms share a spacious balcony with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. Furnished with quality white rattan furniture (a table and four chairs)—perfect for morning coffee or sunset relaxation.

The twin beds in the third bedroom can be joined into a large double bed upon request prior to arrival. A baby cot is also available on request for families traveling with little ones.

Bathrooms

Each villa includes three en-suite bathrooms and a separate cloakroom.

All bathrooms are fitted with high-quality Italian and German fixtures and are finished with elegant mosaic and Italian tiles. Creating a refined and luxurious atmosphere.

Kitchen

The kitchen is styled in traditional Greek charm, featuring blue or green wooden cabinetry and equipped with modern, high-quality appliances, perfect for self-catering stays.

The dining table extends to seat up to six guests comfortably. A high chair is available upon request for families with young children.

Living Room

The open-plan living room is spacious, cosy, and tastefully furnished, creating a welcoming space to unwind.

It features a flat-screen TV, satellite channels (200+), and a Blu-ray player.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa—including the outdoor pool area—ensuring you’re always connected, whether relaxing indoors or sunbathing outside.

Meltemi Villas – Private Pool & Outdoor Area

Each villa boasts a private swimming pool (8m x 4m plus 1.5m x 1m walk-in steps), professionally cleaned 2–3 times a week to ensure crystal-clear waters throughout your stay.

The pool area is thoughtfully furnished with quality white rattan furniture, including a sofa, table, and chairs, and complemented by stylish sunbeds and additional garden seating for ultimate relaxation.

Guests can enjoy al fresco dining on the balcony or poolside. A stone-built outdoor BBQ is also available, ideal for cooking under the stars.

Location & Nearby Attractions

Just 300 metres from the villas, you’ll find a tranquil sandy beach—ideal for sunbathing, swimming, or simply relaxing by the sea. A charming little fishing harbour lies nearby, just a short stroll away, offering a picturesque spot to enjoy the peaceful Mediterranean atmosphere.

Though a car is recommended for maximum convenience, it’s by no means essential. The villas are well-connected by public transport, with a bus stop just a 5-minute walk away. Regular buses provide easy access to both Coral Bay and Kato Paphos, making exploring the area effortless.

Within easy walking distance, you’ll find a variety of local restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops. Offering everything from traditional Cypriot cuisine to international options.

For those who enjoy scenic walks or jogging, a beautiful coastal footpath runs nearby, stretching for several kilometres along the Mediterranean. The path offers breathtaking views and peaceful moments, whether you’re out for a morning run or a sunset stroll.

Just minutes from Meltemi Villas, you can visit the St. George Chapel, a picture-perfect little church with stunning Byzantine architecture and frescoes.

In the opposite direction, approximately 2.7 km away, lies the renowned Tombs of the Kings—a UNESCO-listed archaeological site. A short distance further brings you to the historic harbour and medieval castle of Kato Paphos. Home to the famous Roman mosaics and other remarkable antiquities.
