Villa Korina

Villa Korina is a beautifully decorated luxury Croatian villa situated on the island of Brac in the peaceful village Mirca. The villa has direct access to a pretty pebble beach, just 30m away.

The villa features stylish and modern interior decorated to the highest finish. The furniture provides the highest levels of comfort during your villa holiday in Croatia. The main room consists of comfortable living room, relaxing space with table and chairs and modern kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area. There is also ample outdoor space with breath-taking views of the sea and surrounding Croatian mainland.

Villa Korina consists of a main house and guest annex which are connected through porches and terraces. In the main house are 4 modern bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and an extra toilet with a laundry room.

The guest annex has 1 more bedroom, 2 bathrooms, smaller kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. The master bedroom on the first floor of the main house is the biggest bedroom in the villa. It offers space for relaxing with the utmost privacy. Next to the room is a big bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi bathtub for two. The master bedroom has direct exit to a huge roof terrace with fantastic views of the sea and sunsets. The bedroom features a double bed (180 x 210 cm), and an additional bed (130 x 190 cm). Next to it is a big bathroom with a shower and a hydro massage bathtub for two. All six bedrooms feature double beds. Four beds are 180 x 210 cm big, one is 180 x 200 cm big, and the last one is 160 x 200 cm big.

Will this villa accept an extra bed? Yes, it can have one extra bed (130 x 190cm).

Villa Korina exterior:

The sea side outdoor area features a large veranda on stone pillars, bringing shade over a large dining table for 12. The pool area has ample sun bathing space, with deck chairs surrounding the freshwater infinity pool and overlooking the picturesque Croatian views. The swimming pool can also be heated by solar pool heating. The villa is surrounded by gardens and has direct access to the beach. The path leading to the beach passes a small vineyard and a garden featuring organic fruits, vegetables and a variety of Mediterranean herbs and spices where guests can help themselves.

Villa Korina location:

The nearest restaurant is only 200 metres far from the villa. The nearby town of Supetar with its cafes, bars, restaurants and shops is within 10 minutes’ drive. In Supetar you will also be able to catch the ferry to Brac Island and Split where you can enjoy the authentic Croatian sites.

A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Transfers from the airport can be arranged by minibus or motor yacht at an extra cost. Please get in touch with your friendly villa experts who can arrange this for you. For those that want to rent a car, this villa has parking spaces for up to four cars.

Accessibility: There is wheelchair-friendly access to this villa. The rooms are spacious and the outdoor areas are flat.
