Villa Theros is a gorgeous 4-bedroom villa located on the Aphrodite Hills resort. This stunning villa is one of the largest on resort, set on a plot measuring 3880m!

Interior:

Villa Theros is built on two levels. The entrance opens out into the impressive lounge area. This room takes pride of the ground floor, with its high ceilings and contemporary décor. The adjoining dining room comfortably seats 10 people. From here, eight sets of double doors lead out to the patio area, with breath-taking views of the sea below. Setting the scene for a unique dining experience.

Moving on to the kitchen. This Italian style kitchen is decorated with the highest of standards in mind. This room is complete with granite worktops and double sinks. Perfect for a self-catering villa holiday!

Two bedrooms are also located on the ground floor. The first bedroom boasts a marble en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features two single beds, with access to the patio and garden area. This room also has a neighbouring en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath.

The staircase leads up to a very spacious master bedroom. This room has a stunning terrace with outdoor furniture, overlooking the Mediterranean. The perfect spot to wind down after a long day. This room also has a marble en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Also, on the first floor you will find another twin room with the advantage of an en-suite bathroom, featuring two vanity sinks, a separate large shower cubicle and a bath. This room overlooks the pool and Golf Club.

Exterior:

Villa Theros’ high standards continue outside. Patio doors open out from the lounge, revealing the huge 12m pool, complete with roman steps. The garden is approximately 2,000 square meters in size, featuring beautiful flowers and plants.

For those of you who prefer to dine outside, have a BBQ and enjoy your lunch around the pool in the shaded dining areas provided.
