A compact kitchen is tucked away at the back of the lounge and has all the necessary equipment and fixtures. The dining table can seat up to 8 guests and offers an alternative dining venue if you are not eating outside. Two bedrooms feature an en-suite each, one is a modern wet room with skylight windows.

The small house is nestled to the right of the pool area with a delightful covered terrace, outside dining table and built-in BBQ. The local beach, Praia Olhos d’Água, is approx six minutes walk from Casa Colonia. This glittering, golden beach has warm waters and a selection of eateries. An 8 min car ride will lead you to the Praia do Barranco das Belharucas, a family-friendly beach. It has an orange cliff backdrop, soft sand and a beach bar. Outside of the villa, a short walk will lead you to a great selection of bars and restaurants. Nearby, Balaia and Pine Cliffs offer nine-hole golf courses. The luxurious town of Vilamoura is a quick car journey away, which offers great shopping trips, a stylish marina and golden beaches.
