Villa Ouranos

The brand new Villa Ouranos is simply breath-taking. From the moment the electric gates open and you drive into the grounds you know that this is a special place.

Hanging on the wooden hillside above the east coast of Kefalonia, the island of Ithaca is so close you feel you could reach over to touch it. Lefkas is off to the north in clear view. The channel between them is a constantly moving tableau of boats and yachts. Sitting on the terrace at Villa Ouranos, doing nothing and just watching this unfold will be very easy to do!

The villa is all on the ground floor. All the rooms open up onto the pool terrace to fully enjoy the views. Light filled generous rooms, beautifully fitted and decorated in earth colours, it is an ultimately relaxing haven

The outside areas are stunning, with ample space the wide pool terrace runs the length of the house and the infinity pool with wide roman steps hangs over the sea below. A fabulous built in barbecue complete with sink, outside dining, supremely comfortable sunbeds and an outdoor lounge under a shaded pergola complete the picture.

Location:

Villa Ouranos is situated just outside the hamlet of Katsarata on a rich wooded hillside. The village of Manganas is only a short drive away and offers a supermarket, cafe and local taverna. The nearest beach is the glorious bay of Foki, with a traditional taverna. Fiskardo itself is a 10 minutes drive.

A new access road is being opened up over the winter. This will be ready for 2025 bookings. This will shortern the distance to the beach, Manganos village and Fiskardo by 600m.
