The remarkable entrance opens out into the open plan living room and dining area. With a flat screen LCD TV, CD and DVD player for your entertainment and enjoyment. This room is bright and enjoys breath-taking views from the patio doors. The adjoining kitchen is stocked with all necessary utensils and equipment. Including a microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and electric oven/hob.

The dining area has an elegant table with six chairs. There are French doors which open out to the veranda, setting the scene for a unique dining experience.

Furthermore, a double bedroom is also located on the ground floor. With a luxurious double bed and an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower, single vanity unit and a toilet.

The staircase leads up to the two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom is well furnished with high quality bedding and a roof terrace overlooking the sea in the distance. The master bedroom also has an en-suite with a walk in shower.
