Villa Stefanaki

Villa Stefanaki is the sister property to Villa Zoe. Both properties are set amongst large grounds and reached via a private drive just off from the Paphos/Polis road. Designed across one level, the property has been completed to an extremely high standard. It offers stylish furnishings and light airy rooms.

A traditional entrance resembles the original features of an old Cypriot manor house. The large open plan and stylish living/dining room has feature fireplace, Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and CD/Radio which is piped throughout the villa. Large sliding doors open from the living area out to the poolside terrace. The well equipped kitchen with integral utilities has all mod cons. It comes complete with everything you need for a self catering villa holiday.

There are three bedrooms at Villa Stefanaki, two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom each with en-suite bathrooms.

The main focal point of this villa is the domed Jacuzzi room. There is space for everyone to have a soak and relax out of the midday heat. The whirlpool Jacuzzi is heated at no additional charge. There is a guest WC with shower and gym equipment (limited equipment).

Villa Stefanaki exterior:

Outside the large 10 metre private pool has Roman steps and a constant depth of 1.4 metres Throughout. The whole area which surrounds the pool has been furnished well for outside living. There is a covered terrace with teak dining table/chairs and a brick built barbecue for those al-fresco meals.

An external staircase leads up to the large roof terrace which is ideal for private sunbathing.

A truly exceptional villa with extensive views across beautiful countryside and mountain range as a backdrop. Just 13 kms away is the picturesque fishing village of Latchi. The fishing village is still active bringing in the catch of the day for all local restaurants. There is a supermarket and taverna which is just 2 kms away from the villa.

For those wishing for a little pampering the Aghia Anagyri Spa hotel is just a short distance away and is open to non-residents. You can enjoy full use of its Spa facilities. (charges may apply)
