Villa Athina

We are very excited about this addition to our collection of Corfu Villas. Owned by the same owner, these three sister villas: Aliki, Athina and Aphrodite each command front line coastal positions with uninterrupted sea views and within easy walk of the popular north-east sea front village of Kassiopi.

Villa Athina is the largest of the three villas sleeping up to 12 persons, set amongst a large lawned garden. Once inside you can appreciate the owners attention to detail with the choice of stylish and luxury furnishings. The large open plan living/dining area has large patio doors on both aspects soaking up those spectacular sea views. It has Satellite TV (some English channels may be limited) DVD and CD player. The fully fitted kitchen offers all mod cons for a self catering villa holiday. On this level are three of the villas bedrooms. A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms each with en-suite facilities (one has en-suite shower, whilst the other has en-suite bathroom). All bedrooms have access to balconies.

Stairs lead up to the first floor to the master suite. This has a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Patio doors lead out to a partly-shaded balcony.

Back down to the living area, a further set of stairs lead down to a games room with sitting area. Here there is a pool table, card table, audio/visual equipment and office area with PC and internet connection. A further kitchen with dishwasher and laundry room is on this garden level. Finally two twin bedrooms each with en-suite shower rooms complete the accommodation.

Outside is the large 10 x 8 metre oval pool with roman steps. It is gated off from the house making it ideal for families with young children. Comfortable sun loungers and dining furniture surround the pool area. A short path leads down to a further dining area right by the sea along with a small pebbled cove and rocky area. Several covered terraces and parasols provide ample shade for those seeking shade during mid day heat.

Just 200 metres away from the villa is the nearby former fishing village of Kassiopi. It is still a very active fishing village and you can enjoy the daily catch being served at many harbour fronted restaurants. There is a selection of shops, bakeries and bars as well as a couple of discos which will keep teenagers occupied.

A spectacular six bedroom villa where car hire is not Essential but useful should you wish to explore the Island of Corfu.
