The brand new Villa Thalassa is simply breath-taking. As you walk through the electric gates you immediately feel the warmth and elegance of this stunning property.

Set perfectly on the hillside above the east coast of Kefalonia with the most amazing views. The island of Ithaca is so close it feels like its in touching distance, then Lefkas is off to the north. Spend your days gazing at the yachts and boats sailing through the channel between the two.

The villa is all on the ground floor split in to the main house with 2 bedrooms and the annexe where you find the third bedroom with its own living quarters.

Smart TV’s throughout and WiFi is available for your entertainment.

Villa Thalassa has been decorated in earth colours for a truly relaxing feel. Masses of light come through the double doors to help fully enjoy the views.

The outside areas are stunning and spacious, with a 10m infinity pool overlooking the glistening sea. A fabulous built in barbecue complete with sink, outside table and chairs, comfortable sun loungers completes the scene.

Location:

Villa Thalassa is situated just outside the hamlet of Katsarata on a rich wooded hillside. The village of Manganas is only a short drive away and offers a supermarket, cafe and local taverna. The nearest beach is the glorious bay of Foki, backed by a traditional taverna. Fiskardo itself is a 10 minutes drive.

Please note: A new access road is being opened up over the winter, ready for 2025 bookings. This will shorten the distance to the beach, Manganos village and Fiskardo by 600m.

Access: There are 6 steps down to the BBQ area, 2 steps up to the annexe, 13 steps down to the villa – there is also a slope down.
