Trapezaki Queen has been built to the highest standards and finished in a modern yet rustic style with sloping wooden ceilings, country style furnishings and modern touches.

Trapezaki Queen can accommodate up to 6 guests and is based in a great location not far from the beach. This villa is placed on a plot adjacent to Trapezaki Bay Cottage – a villa that sleeps up to 2 guests. These villas neighbour one another with a distance of approximately 20 meters but remain private. They are separated by lawns and hedges, and they do not face each other. Both of the Trapezaki villas could be enjoyed simultaneously by a party of 8 due to their close proximity but they are separate properties.

A private parking area is provided for this villa that can take 2 cars. The villa sits in its own generous garden with a large grassed area, many flowers and shrubs. It has natural screening and fencing provided by trees and shrubs.

On the ground floor the living room with its high wooden ceiling, glass fronted fireplace and attractive furnishings is open plan to an attractive dining area and fully fitted open plan kitchen. This area has several patio doors opening onto the main front terraces and pool area.

Separated by a door the bedroom area offers one double bedroom with adjacent shower room, a further double bedroom with en suite shower room (both leading out to the sea facing patio and the pool). Upstairs the master suite offers a large bedroom with large double bed, walk in wardrobes and an attractive en suite shower room. This room also has its own private sea facing balcony where a morning coffee or evening drink can be enjoyed!

Trapezaki Queen exterior:

The main terrace is in front of the house and incorporates a built in barbecue. Comfortable sitting furniture is provided as well as an outdoor dining table and chairs for meals al fresco. From the pool you have views over the garden and out to sea.

All in all a very attractive and excellently equipped house for a family or group of friends, this villa would also work well for 3 couples.

There is a local bus service provided in the summer that passes within 80 metres of the villa and takes guests down to the beach as well as along to Lourdas village centre and down to Lourdas Beach (and up to the main road if they wish to get the bus from there into Argostoli or to Skala)

This villa is approx. 20 minutes from the airport.
