Villa Valhalla is a stunning, modern villa with private pool, air conditioning, pool table and games/TV room. Ideally located within a 10 minute walk of the exclusive Marina Rubicon, Dorada Beach and Playa Blanca Town Centre.

Surrounded by traditional piedra walls, with a truly unique private pool, 18 meters long, with integrated sun beds to keep you cool whilst you soak up the warm rays of the Lanzarote sun.

*Due to the layout of the villa, guests must be a minimum of 12 years old

Accommodation Interior:

Living & Dining Room:
Enter into the open plan dining & living room, providing dining for 6 and comfortable lounge where you can enjoy the wall mounted, 70” Cristal HD TV to its fullest. With a Mag box supplying box sets and films, together with terrestrial, Sky channels and much more. A glass coffee table, side unit with USB ports and Bluetooth speaker, complete the package. Large patio door opens out onto the pool and sun terrace.

Kitchen:
The open plan design with a modern and fully equipped kitchen. With twin sinks, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Also an island with integrated oven, induction hob and extractor fan, and breakfast bar with seating for three. An open doorway leads to further units with American style fridge/freezer, a kettle, toaster, coffee maker and washing machine. Doors lead to a Solana and a cloakroom with WC and wash basin. Large patio door lead out from the kitchen area to the sun terrace with chill out seating for 6.

Bedroom 1
A spacious master suite with king sized bed, bedside tables, reading lamps, dressing table with vanity mirror, USB ports and air conditioning (coin operated). The open plan design incorporates a standalone bath with hand held shower attachment. Together with stylish inset twin wash basins and lighted vanity mirror. Floor to ceiling windows, with vertical blinds, and door to sun and pool terrace. En-suite shower room with large walk in shower and WC, door to enclosed pebbled garden area.

Bedroom 2
King sized bed with bedside tables, reading lamps, fitted wardrobe and air conditioning (coin operated). Floor to ceiling windows, with vertical blinds, and door to sun and pool terrace. En-suite shower room with large walk in shower, twin wash basins, WC and lighted vanity mirror.

Accommodation Exterior:

Pool and Sun Terraces:
The landscaped garden and terrace areas feature a unique and stunning, 18 private pool (electrically heated, November to April inclusive). Incorporating a swimming channel of 11m (depth 1.5 m) with a spa fountain cascading into it, and then shallower areas, one of which has two built in sunbeds to relax and remain cool in the heat of the day. Roman steps lead in to the deeper area. There is a large outside shower for convenience.

Chill Out and Al fresco Dining with BBQ:

Chill out seating includes two arm chairs, two seater sofa, cushioned stool and coffee table. There are 6 comfortable sunbeds available, together with a large, shaded day bed with cushions.
The shaded alfresco dining area is situated between the main building and separate TV/Games Room. It provides dining for 6 and is located conveniently close to the Canarian style BBQ. Nearby, is an outside pool table for those who need a little more distraction. Landscaped gardens surround Villa Valhalla which is fully enclosed by traditional piedra walls.

TV and Games Room:
The shaded alfresco area is next to a separate en-suite annex, with wall mounted Smart TV, sound bar, three seater sofa and PlayStation 4, with controllers. A gamer or film buff retreat. En-suite shower room with wash basin and WC. Doors leading to the shaded alfresco dining area and sun terrace.

Villa Valhalla Location:

Marina Rubicón is the exclusive Marina in Playa Blanca with a fabulous selection of privately owned boats located in a sheltered bay. The Marina, which boasts a shopping centre and an impressive range of boutiques, bars and restaurants, is in a beautiful, privileged setting with views to the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. This is the place to be pampered, enjoying a drink at one of the Al fresco bars whilst watching the lovely yachts, sailing boats and waterside leisure activities.

The town centre of Playa Blanca is just a 15 to 20 minute stroll away and there are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily.

Parking and Accessibility:
There is off road parking for 2 vehicles at Villa Valhalla.

Cleaning Service:
Villa Valhalla will be fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. Additional cleaning can be provided upon request, at an additional charge.
