Villa Can Cristal is located in an exclusive residential area 5 minutes from the beach of Port de Pollensa. It is a 5 bedroom contemporary bungalow, tastefully furnished close to our villas Bernardo and Can Pedro.
On entering this light filled villa there is an open plan modern comfortable lounge with satellite TV (limited English channels), dining room and sleek well equipped kitchen. From here, large sliding glass doors lead out to a central courtyard. This features an covered outdoor dining table, an unusual triangular pool with terrace and an attractive, shaded exterior lounging area. There is a barbecue available for outdoor dining.
The Villa Can Cristal is set across one level. The master bedroom with dressing room and en-suite shower room is located just off the lounge in the east wing. The other attractive 4 bedrooms are all located off of the glass door lined corridor. These overlook the courtyard in the west wing. There is also one full bathroom and another shower room. All bedrooms have air conditioning with no timers.
