The villa is surrounded by a stunning natural landscape. With both open and covered terraces where you can relax and take in the views. The 9m x 5m swimming pool provides the perfect spot to cool off on hot summer days. Accompanied by comfortable sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor shower with a toilet. Adjacent to the pool area, a large barbecue and cosy dining area offer the perfect setting for family gatherings and al fresco dining.

This traditional stone house spans two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a cosy living and dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, and a garage with a laundry room. From the living room, you can access a covered terrace. Furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs, as well as a large dining table.

Upstairs, there are four peaceful bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. (Two double and two twin rooms) Additional bathrooms include a bathtub and a shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort.

The renowned beaches of Cala Sant Vicente are only 5km away, offering an idyllic retreat for those seeking tranquillity. Cala Sant Vicente is known for its serene atmosphere, with several beautiful beaches. Such as Cala Barques, Cala Clara, and Cala Molin. The crystal-clear waters and dramatic rock formations make this a popular spot for scuba diving and exploring the underwater world.

The historic town of Pollença is brimming with life! With numerous shops, cafes, and a variety of restaurants to indulge in. Every Sunday, the town hosts a lively fruit and vegetable market, perfect for picking up fresh, local produce. Among the town’s notable landmarks are the famous 365 steps leading up to the Calvary, where you’ll find a small 18th-century Baroque chapel at the summit—each step representing a day of the year.
